Registration and payment of registration fee for all the authors and co-authors of papers and posters has been extended to February 15, 2018. This condition must be satisfied in order posters and papers be presented at the conference and published in its Proceedings. To the ones who fail to comply this condition, their names will be withdrawn from the programme and the Proceedings.
All the presenting paper and poster authors, even though they are students, pay equal conference fee, which is 400 Eur.
*Deadline of payment of registration fees for active participants-presenting authors (oral and poster) is extended to February 15th 2018

Please note that attendance to the 15th International docomomo conference is not included with Student workshop registration fee, Pre and post conference tours fee. In order to attend the conference purchase one of the Conference registration fees.

Confirmation of registration
Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment or proof of payment.
HOTEL ACCOMODATION
Accommodation can be booked via the congress website registration form no later than July 1, 2018
As the number of rooms available for the Conference is limited, your choice of hotel cannot be guaranteed after that date. Your choice of accommodation will be duly considered, and applications will be processed on a first come - first served basis.
Hotels in Ljubljana are within walking distance of the Congress venue (up to 10 min).
Prices include breakfast and tourist tax.

We would like to inform you that a new tourist tax amount was determined
by the Tourist Tax Decree (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 27/18),
adopted on 16 April 2018 in the 33rd meeting of the Municipality of Ljubljana.
The tourist tax will amount to 2.50 EUR per person per night.
The increase will come into effect on 1 May 2018.

Hotels can be booked by credit card only: the number of your credit card is required as an accommodation guarantee.
You will receive written confirmation of your hotel reservation after the receipt of your credit card details
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All cancellations of Congress registration and study tours, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Congress Secretariat, Cankarjev dom, Cultural and Congress Centre. Cancellations received no later than May 30, 2018 will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of 50 EUR. Refunds will be paid after the Congress. Cancellation received after May 31, 2018 will not be refunded.
Authors with accepted papers don't receive registration refund.
Hotel accomodation cancellations received before and on July 10th, 2018 are free of charge. After this date, one night stay will be charged to your credit card.

CONFERENCE IDENTIFICATION BADGE
A conference identification badge will be included in the conference material provided upon Registration. There will be no admittance to the Scientific Sessions without the conference badge. Invitations to social events will be collected at the entrance.
